I am currently a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior at Claremont Graduate University. My research interests include knowledge management, e-learning, studying the intersection between organizations, learning, and technology, and the ways individuals interact with technology-enhanced collaboration tools in complex socio-technical systems.
